FACTS on our DEBT versus the perniciousness of the Republicans, The Tea Party and those that agree with them!

It wasn’t by happenstance we got to 14.3 Trillion Dollars in debt, and no, President Obama did not spend trillions of dollars. The 2.4 Trillions of Dollars that was spent since Obama took Office as you would see from the “factual chart,” it was solely because of George W. Bush and Republicans such as John Boehner, Mitch McConnell, Eric Cantor, Michele Bachmann and many others, that squandered America’s wealth by “overloading America’s Credit Card” from 2001 thru 2008, and beyond. I mentioned beyond because in 2010 when the Bush Tax Cuts were going to expire, President Obama and the Democrats wanted the tax cuts for the 2% of the wealthiest Americans and big business to expire, while leaving the 98% tax cuts for those making 250,000.00 or less, but the Republicans reprobates would have none of that!

The pernicious Republicans feasting on their egregious machinations demanded that if the 2% of America’s wealthiest and big business did not retain their unjustified tax cuts, then they, The Republicans, would allow all of the tax cuts to expire. In simple terms, the Republicans ultimatum was “their rich friends and big business” must keep their tax cuts or else America’s 98% would lose their tax benefits. In order for the working class not to pay more taxes, President Obama went along with keeping all of the wanton tax cuts by America’s wanton President, George W. Bush, that was extended to December 2012.

If the American people don’t wake up and throw these misfits out of Office in 2012, then, it doesn’t matter how much we reduce the deficit, “we would go bankrupt.” It seems self evident that the Tea Party and the Republicans took a litmus test that stated – “We must never raise taxes on our rich friends and big business, but we must balance the Federal Budget on the backs of the working class and the poor!” O! What pangs do mankind creates when they leave the path of righteousness and what is morally right – to chase after avarice for money and power!

With the Republicans not being able to agree amongst themselves, it’s no wonder why the Debt Ceiling has turned into a fiasco!

Speaker of the house John Boehner’s Bill does not have Republican support to pass in the House of Representatives and even if it does, it is already destined to be defeated in the Senate, so why all of this huts spa? It is self evident that the extreme right wing Republicans and the Tea Party reprobates are playing Russian Roulette with America and the American people, but, on the other hand, it was the American people that voted and installed these misfits into office, hence the reason we are reaping what we sowed!

We should always be very careful of what we wish for! George W. Bush and his Republican Party tossed us into deep and unforgiving waters for eight years 2001-2008, and in the space of two years the American people voted and reinstated the Republicans to control the House of Representatives. It is my belief that the American people are decent good people, but they are “big on mouth and short on brain,” and thus the reason why we are headed down the endless drain.

Just let us look at one example of right-wing hypocrisy; Minnesota Republican Michele Bachmann in the House of Representatives in her bid to win the Republican Nomination for President, she is all over the news preaching about wasteful spending and cutting off funds for the most vulnerable of our society, but yet this same woman has gamed the system that inured benefits to her and her family;

Michele Bachmann’s family business known as Bachmann and Associates receives $137,000.00 annually for their so called clinic. This is a clinic that is managed by her husband that teaches – “Pray the gay away!” Just imagine a clinic that is hell bent on trying to convince people that are Gay that they can Pray the Gay away, but yet receives Government subsidies!

In addition Michele Bachmann and her husband used the Government Program Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae to obtain a loan for $408,000.00 to move to a larger home, and subsequent to her receiving the loan she has been advocating for the demise of both Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

America’s obesity problem can be placated for adults and especially for children. Congressional reprobates: Boehner; McConnell; Cantor; Bachman; and others, are permeating congressional terrorism on the American People; Re: Debt Cei

President Obama is going to address the Nation in less than an hour (July 25, 2011 at 9PM EST.) It is my belief that he is going to tell the American People that he “is going to invoke Section 4, of the 14^th Amendment to the Constitution and raise the Debt Ceiling to Protect America and its people, and the world! Mr. President if that is what you are going to do, you have my unequivocal support, 100% and then some.

If the President doesn’t announce tonight that he is invoking the 14^th Amendment to the Constitution, then, his message would be a “silent ultimatum” that failure by the Congress to do what is right for the American people, I do believe that between Friday July 29, 2011 and Sunday July 31, 2011 – The President would invoke the 14^th Amendment and unilaterally raise the Debt Ceiling. However, in said Executive Order he would hold his party The Democrats to reducing spending whilst holding the Republicans to increase revenues. This perhaps would be a solid foundation for the United States Congress and the White House, to be constructive for the good of the American people and the world as a whole!

Now here are some facts that are self evident of Obama’s courage:

On April 29, 2011, President Obama released his birth certificate; went to Alabama to console the Victims of the worst string of Tornadoes to hit the United States; he gave a speech in Florida, and returned to the White House that very night.

The following night April 30, 2011 he attended the White House Correspondence Dinner with jokes and laughter.

On May 1, 2011 (Sunday) he went and played 9 holes of Golf and returned to the White House and went into the Situation Room for hours. Approximately 11 PM EST May 1, 2011, he called a News Conference and announced;

“As President and under my orders, I ordered the Navy Seal to go into Pakistan and capture or kill Osama Bin Laden. After a fire-fight, the Navy Seals shot and killed Osama Bin Laden and took his body. There were no American casualties.”

Now to my point:

The Reprobates – 95% the Republicans and the Tea Party; DBA – GOP – “Grand Old Party,” formerly part of the KKK are living with the illusion that somehow they are going to return America prior to 1964 (The year the Civil Rights Bill was signed into law by President Lyndon B. Johnson) who stated;

“Until Justice is blind to color, until education is unaware of race, until opportunity is unconcerned with the color of men’s skin, emancipation will be a proclamation but not a fact.” Lyndon B. Johnson

I make no apologies for this entire statement, now or in the future. We lifted the Debt Ceiling 89 times under “all-white” Presidents without the unending Circus and Political Theatre as displayed for all of this year. The Republican's position on not raising the debt ceiling is not patriotism; it is Congressional Terrorism upon the American people!

It is the contention of many legal scholars and former Presidents that President Obama can invoke Section 4 of the 14^th Amendment to raise the debt ceiling.

[The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.]

Our present precarious predicament is self evident that extremism, fascism, racism and any and all nexuses whether it is to the right or the left or in between, it is a profound recipe for disaster. The same people that ran up the debt and spiral it out of control from 2001 thru January 20, 2009, they are the same people that are shamelessly using Political Theatre in the worst form of hypocrisy, to cover their duplicity. Their nestled words do not provide cover for them, “because people often doubt what you say, but they always believe what you do!”

On one hand The Republicans and The Tea Party (One and the same) are telling the American people and the world that they are being responsible in their opposition to raise the debt ceiling, unless and until President Obama agrees, to “cut four trillion dollars from domestic spending.” The President has agreed to use means testing to cut waste from our ballooning budget, to prevent throwing the American Children, the Elderly and America’s most Vulnerable, under the bus. In addition, the President is insisting and rightly so, that there has to be some increase in Taxes for the 2% of America’s wealthiest and big business, for which said pernicious tax cuts, is in part responsible for the Federal Imbalanced Budget.

The neurotic extremists are absolutely, positively, unequivocally, “hell-bent,” on sacrificing our entire country – “just to protect the wealthiest!” This is by no means Patriotism – this is Congressional Terrorism!

The reason why we are about to fall into the precipice of a country in default!

Republicans and The Tea Party took a pledge and because of their phantasmagoric rationales and internecine policies, we are about to default on our debt obligations because the Republicans are demanding that President Obama provide four trillion dollars reduction in domestic spending; “Education, Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security and literally throw the most vulnerable of our society over the cliff,” just so that they could continue to protect 2% of the richest Americans and big business from paying their fair share of taxes. The pledge below was signed by hundreds of Republicans and all members of The Tea Party.

This sorry excuse for an American, Grover Norquist, is the Greek god that introduced the pledge that obligated all of the pledge signers that violate the pledge; that he and the other nut cases are going to work to have them “voted out of office in 2012.” Hence, you the Voter can see that the Republicans and The Tea Party are not worried in the least about you and your struggles, it is about them keeping their jobs by protecting the most affluent, (2%) of American Society.

Please understand that the Congressional Republicans and The Tea Party did not sign the pledge to protect you the Voter, the pledge they took encumbers them to Grover Norquist!

“She hit me again, causing my vehicle to flip two and a half times, landing on the driver's side, and I just laid there playing dead;” Ms Blackwell

Ms Sammy Blackwell 26 was ran off the road on Friday July 15, 2011; her vehicle was rammed twice causing Ms Blackwell vehicle to roll over two and half times, all because she was mistaken for Casey Anthony. The woman now identified as Shireene Nalley was chased down by Police, arrested and charged.

Just imagine; Casey Anthony is still locked up in Jail in Florida, but yet, Shireene Nalley so full of hate and vengeance, thought she saw Casey Anthony in Oklahoma and decided that somehow it was her duty to “kill her”

Perhaps now is a good time for everyone to reflect on what was written thousands of years ago; “Do not repay evil with evil, but repay evil with good, for Vengeance is mine said the Lord.”

For those that are filled with hate and seek vengeance, I have one small piece of advice to give to you; “if you see vengeance and before you carry out the act, dig two graves, for you are bound to fall in one of them, just like Shireene Nalley.”

The Public out-cry for retribution against Casey Anthony, The Jury, The Lawyers, The Judge and our System of Justice, denigrates not only our Constitution and the Amendments to the Constitution, but we “denigrate” “all” of the Soldiers who have fought and died; those that are presently in the battle field; and yes, those, who in the future would be called upon and be placed in harms-way, because after all, “That is what our Military is all about; “Defend and Protect the Constitution of the United States.” For by doing so, The Military guarantees our way of life; our freedom of speech; our freedom; against illegal Government intrusion in our lives; and most significantly – “GUARANTEES DUE PROCESS – to all of its Citizens, and yes, that of Casey Anthony.”

For all of the Attorneys, including ex-prosecutors and Judges that find them-selves on Television, demeaning the Jury’s decision in the Casey Anthony’s case, they are not “protectionists of our Constitution, the are ‘opportunists’ for the almighty dollar!”

EVERY REPUBLICAN IN THE HOUSE OF CONGRESS AND THE SENATE HAVE A SINGLE COMMON DENOMINATOR; “NO INCREASE IN TAXES FOR THE RICHEST 2% OF AMERICANS, EVEN IF OUR COUNTRY GOES TO HELL IN A BASKET, BY THEIR REFUSAL TO RAISE THE DEBT CEILING THAT WOULD CAUSE US FOR THE FIRST TIME TO DEFAULT ON PAYMENTS, WHICH WOULD AFFECT OUR TRIPLE A CREDIT RATINGS AND INCREASE INTEREST RATES FARTHER THAN THE EYES COULD EVER SEE!”

The Republicans agreement to pass the necessary Bill that would allow the Debt Ceiling to be raised is based on tragedy; “President Obama must slash 4 trillion dollars from; Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, Education and the likes, but these same Republicans refuse to give an inch on the reckless tax cuts they passed in 2001 and 2003 that benefits only 2% of the Richest Americans!” In order for one to feel ashamed they must possess shame, but in this regard, these people are bankrupt of morality, fairness, shame and patriotism!

Facts – Not Hyperbole!

On January 20, 2001 when Bush was sworn into office our National Debt stood at;

Five trillion, seven hundred and twenty seven billion, seven hundred and seventy six million, seven hundred and thirty eight thousand, three hundred and four dollars and sixty four cents; ($5,727,776,738,304.64.)

When Bush left office on January 20, 2009 our National Debt was Ten Trillion, six hundred and twenty six billion, eight hundred and seventy seven million, forty eight thousand, nine hundred and thirteen dollars and eight cents;($10,626,877,048,913.08.)

Under Bush our National Debt expanded, Four trillion, eight hundred and ninety nine billion, one hundred million, three hundred and ten thousand, six hundred and eight dollars and forty four cents; ($4,899,100,310,608.44), which was at a rate of Six hundred and twelve billion, three hundred and eighty seven million, five hundred and thirty eight thousand, eight hundred and twenty six dollars and five cents;($612,387,538,826.05), per annum for eight consecutive years, and in addition, wiped out the five trillion dollars projected surplus left by Bill Clinton.

After all of the outlandish spending by Bush and the Republican cronies, and with an overflowing of “duplicity,” they now pretend to have gained a sense of conscience about “the National Debt.”

And in this regard, they are claiming that the way to reduce the deficit is to “not assist the unemployed,” “allow teachers and other educators to be terminated,” and allow a host of vitally needed services to be cancelled. If you happen to be one of the people that are sucked into this unconscionable shameless “ochlocracy,” then perhaps, in the interest of your children, grandchildren and all of Americas children, please allow pause and allow rationality to create a meditative heart, that would remove the dust from your soul, “so that we can in the not too distant future join in one accord, echoing – “We saved our Country!”

There can be no more "magical thinking". No more tricks of accountancy. No more ignoring the costs of our aging population. This time, when we restore our economy to some semblance of health we need to pay as we go, not borrow as we cross our fingers, but at the moment, borrow we must and we can only do so by lifting the DEBT CEILING!

Casey Anthony will be released from jail on Wednesday of next week, according to a court official. (CBS NEWS)

Casey Anthony was sentenced Thursday by Judge Belvin Perry to four years in prison for lying to police, but with credit for time served and good behavior she will remain in jail for just one more week.

If you condemn the Juries' verdict in the Casey Anthony’s trial, move to China, Iran, Burma, or elsewhere, where justice doesn’t even exist!

In today’s (July 7, 2011) sentencing hearing, Judge Perry exercised his duty to the maximum by not condensing four (4) Misdemeanors into one Count, and running the one year for each count “CONSECUTIVE rather than CONCURRENT.” Casey Anthony has been incarcerated for 997 days and when the calculation is completed, she would be credited for time served, and in compliance with the Law, she would receive the benefit of 1 day for every 5 days served. Hence, she would be released in a matter of weeks. People, shut up, go home and find a life, our system of justice worked, the Jury spoke and that is the end of this case.

As for some of the talking head Attorneys on Television, they are Officers of the Court and as such, they should use their 15 minutes of fame to inform an uninformed “Wanton Public.” Yes, educate them, for many in the public their brain is empty but yet they are overflowing with “vengeance blood.”

We Americans, display our ignorance to the WORLD in amazing ways, because people rather listen to these talking heads on Television and Radio, whose only interest is to increase their viewing audience.

A Jury cannot render judgment based on emotion or what some one thinks, they must render their verdict on factual evidence allowed into evidence, during a Court trial. For all the self righteous people who I call “Lawyers in their own minds,” I ask you, what if it was your loved one on trial; would you still want blood despite the Prosecution having not met the burden of proof beyond any and all reasonable doubt?

We cannot have it both ways; it is the Constitution of the united States that a person cannot be convicted unless the Government has proven his/her guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, and on; July 5, 2011, in one of the more tragic cases in America, The Florida Jury Spoke loud and clear in the case of CASEY ANTHONY. Our system of Justice is one of the finest in the world and it dates back to 200, plus years as reflected below:

We cannot have it both ways; it is the Constitution of the united States that a person cannot be convicted unless the Government has proven his/her guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, and today; July 5, 2011, in one of the more tragic cases in America, The Florida Jury Spoke loud and clear in the case of CASEY ANTHONY. For those who disagree with the Jury’s verdict, they should move to China or elsewhere, where justice doesn’t even exist!

Our system of Justice is one of the finest in the world and it dates back to 200, plus years as reflected below:

Remember – The Constitution of the United States and its true meaning!

We “Americans” are obsessed with “murder, mayhem, sex and just about everything that is “negative.” And, it is because of that affixation with darkness rather than light, we tend to forget about the bed-rock of our society – “The Constitution of the United States”, hence the reason why we pre-judge people by finding them guilty in our hearts and waiting for them to prove their innocence.

I wasn’t there and do not claim to know exactly how the child died, but as a reasonable person, and after having read hundreds of pages and not just looked, but studied the Casey Anthony Case, there is something drastically wrong with that family, and unless and until the Prosecution start looking for the “truth,” and not just to “win,” perhaps guilty people would go free, and that is not what the Founding Fathers Scribed in the words that Founded our Nation.

Let the Encouragement Flow!

“Worry weighs a person down; an encouraging word cheers a person up” Proverbs (12:25, NLT)

When you see someone who is struggling, a co-worker who is discouraged, a friend who is not up to par, how do you respond? Our words can be what keep a person going; our compliments can put a spring back into their step. Now more than ever, we need to automatically let the encouragement flow. We need to tell others how much we love them; how we value them, and tell them that they are talented and creative. Always remember, with your words you carry life-giving water. You carry hope, healing, encouragement and new beginnings, and you can pour it out everywhere you go.

Today, choose to speak encouragement. Choose to speak victory and faith. Instead of telling people what they’re doing wrong, instead of pointing out all their faults, find what they are doing right. Focus on the good. There are already enough critical, judgmental people in the world. Let’s be people who lift up others and restore them. Let’s be the light of Jesus in the world.
