The U.S. Constitution implicitly proved that it is worth fighting and dying for, especially in the Casey Anthony’s Criminal Case:


U.S. Constitution: Fourteenth Amendment

Fourteenth Amendment - Rights Guaranteed Privileges and Immunities of Citizenship, Due Process and Equal Protection

“Section. 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof; are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

The Public out-cry for retribution against Casey Anthony, The Jury, The Lawyers, The Judge and our System of Justice, denigrates not only our Constitution and the Amendments to the Constitution, but we “denigrate” “all” of the Soldiers who have fought and died; those that are presently in the battle field; and yes, those, who in the future would be called upon and be placed in harms-way, because after all, “That is what our Military is all about; “Defend and Protect the Constitution of the United States.” For by doing so, The Military guarantees our way of life; our freedom of speech; our freedom; against illegal Government intrusion in our lives; and most significantly – “GUARANTEES DUE PROCESS – to all of its Citizens, and yes, that of Casey Anthony.”

For all of the Attorneys, including ex-prosecutors and Judges that find them-selves on Television, demeaning the Jury’s decision in the Casey Anthony’s case, they are not “protectionists of our Constitution, the are ‘opportunists’ for the almighty dollar!”
